Young Nigerian filmmakers, this one’s for you! The Delegation of the European Union to Nigeria & ECOWAS, in partnership with the Zuma International Film Festival (ZUMA), has opened submissions for the 2025 EU Short Film Competition — and we want to see Abuja’s brightest talents take center stage. The brief is simple and powerful: make a 1–3 minute film on the theme “Being a Nigerian Youth.” ScholarshipAir

Cash prizes: ₦1.5m (Winner), ₦750k (1st Runner-Up), ₦500k (2nd Runner-Up). ScholarshipAir+1
